As far as I_m concerned, he_s got the sexiest voice in show bizSorry to tell you he won_t be hosting it, but as the title suggests, the REAL star of the show, is The Gong Andy Warhol once said In the future, everyone will be world-famous for fifteen minutes. And while he may have been right in terms of predicting the internet, he was VASTLY overestimating attention spans Which is why it_s such a great time to bring back The Gong Show The 10 episode revival will bring internet oddballs with untraditional talents to perform in front of a live studio audience. Celebrity judges will then assess their performance and often cut them off with the infamous You_re done gong The series, which had a brief cable revival in 2008, is still awaiting an air date. The Walking Dead has only been gone since April but AMC is already gearing up for its return The network has announced that the Season 7 premiere on October 23rd will be followed by an HOUR-AND-A-HALF long version of its companion show The TALKING Dead Which will fittingly be taping in front of two thousand people at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery And if you_re wondering how host Chris Hardwick will fill that time, TWELVE actors from the Season 6 cliffhanger will be in attendance There_s also a lottery to win a trip to that taping being held at talkingdeadsweeps.com TV has seen some very odd crossover episodes over the years, but this one might take the cake Steven Avery, subject of the award-winning documentary series Making A Murderer, appeared this week on Dr. Phil Not in person, of course, as he_s still in prison. But he called in to his fiancee at the time, and ended up having the kind of heart-to-heart with the host that_s Dr. Phil_s stock-in-trade Naturally, Steven Avery ended his engagement before the show even aired, working hard to get a statement on Facebook calling his former flame a gold digger. And while I don_t fully sympathize, getting dumped by a guy who might never get out of prison has to hurt And if Making a Murderer is at one end of the Netflix original series spectrum, we_re going all the way to the other end for this week_s, Stream This The Ranch is Netflix_s stab at a conventional multi-camera sitcom, but as you_d expect from the streaming service, it_s still something you wouldn_t quite see on network TV. There_s some swearing. There_s some edge. And the central family pairs traditional sitcom stars Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson with acclaimed actors Sam Elliott and Debra Winger as the parents The Ranch may not be the funniest thing on TV, but it_s an experiment worth checking out And for fans of That 70s_ Show, Kutcher and Masterson will be joined for some upcoming episodes by their old buddy Wilmer Valderrama. The claim asks for the return of 28 million paid in salary and expenses, 10 million paid in bribes, plus legal fees and damages to FIFA_s reputation. The court filing is the first time the football giant has admitted that bribes took place. The UK government has announced plans to tax sugary drinks The levy would be added to any beverage that contains more than 5 grams of the white stuff per 3.4 fluid ounces. The tax is aimed at reducing childhood obesity. The UK has some of the highest rates in the WORLD, with 1 in 5 children falling into the OBESE category by the time they leave primary school. A similar tax was introduced in Mexico recently, resulting in a 6 percent decline in purchases. And, Google wants to give you money to hack their computers It_s not unusual for tech companies to offer cash to have hackers search for vulnerabilities in their software. Google has seriously raised the stakes though, jacking up the reward for breaking into a Google Chromebook from 50 to 100 THOUSAND dollars. On the one hand, Lynch often seems to hate cameras. He_s serving a 5-day sentence for contempt of court. Joe had a meltdown in a Memphis courtroom in March 2014 while acting as a lawyer in a child support case. The clerk told him they had no record of the case, and Brown threw a major temper tantrum. The 68-year old is doing the time, but says he won_t apologize for vigorously defending his client and demanding that the court follow the law. Tila Tequila is begging for a second chance on the newest season of the UK_s Celebrity Big Brother. She got booted just hours after entering the house after producers discovered she_d made pro-Nazi comments in the past. It turns out that in 2013 she went on a Facebook rant calling Hitler a man of compassion and a special and sweet kid. She even posted a picture of herself in an outfit with a swastika. But we haven_t necessarily seen the last of Tila on the show. She_s apologized and is reportedly negotiating a return to the show. Meanwhile Hulk Hogan is begging for forgiveness for HIS racist rant. The Hulkster broke his silence on Good Morning America this week. Hulk claims he_s been so depressed about the incident that he_s contemplated suicide. The 62-year old used the n-word while talking about his daughter_s boyfriend in a tirade that was captured on a sex tape. This is the same sex tape that was leaked by Gawker and is now part of a highly-publicized lawsuit. Hogan is seeking 100 million dollars from Gawker for posting part of the tape online.

The driver was upset about falling behind on car payments thanks to Uber_s new fare structure, and things escalated from there In a company email, Kalanick apologized to the driver and admitted that if he is going to lead the ride-sharing company, he still has a lot of growing up to do And Saudi Arabia_s King Salman is making a historic visit to Indonesia, and it_s already shaping up to be one people will NEVER forget The monarch brought nearly a thousand aides with him to help him on his trip - and more than 500 TONS of luggage That includes the golden escalator that lowered him from his gold-clad plane to the tarmac upon his arrival. It also includes two Mercedes Benz limousines The 81-year old_s trip is the first by a Saudi King to Indonesia in nearly 50 years. You_re getting a raise Here_s Madison to explain in a Naked News Bulletin In what_s hopefully becoming a bit of a trend in corporate America, Elise, banking giant JP Morgan is raising the wages for many of their lower-level staffers. 18 thousand employees will see a pay bump over three years, from a base of 10 dollars and 15 cents an hour to a range of 12 to 16-fifty. In a New York Times article, chief executive Jamie Dimon expressed his hope that this would help address income inequality that_s so prevalent across the country. The move follows announced plans by several other corporations to increase pay, including Starbucks, McDonald_s and Walmart. A ruling by a US appeals court has some people worried that their password sharing for streaming services like Netflix may have just become illegal. David Nosal was convicted of hacking after using an ex-colleague_s password to obtain confidential information from his former employer. In their ruling on his appeal, the judges found that it_s a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to use someone else_s password without authorization from the issuing company.
